Private Pay
I currently accept private pay and upon request, can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company as I do not accept insurance at this time.
I am considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider for all insurances. Clients with OON benefits pay in full at the time of service, but once reimbursed by insurance they typically end up paying a price that is comparable to in-network providers. I recommend to contact your insurance to verify the details of your plan and reimbursement rates prior to setting up therapy.
I am a provider for Spring Health EAP. Please check with your employer to see if they offer this benefit.
Out of Pocket Session cost: $160 for 50 minutes.
Good Faith Estimate
By law, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate,” or GFE, which explains how much medical care will cost. Under this law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical records and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This generally includes costs such as medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees, which don’t necessarily apply to therapy. You will want to make sure your health care provider gives you a GFE in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service. As it relates to therapy, we discuss up front your fee for therapy service. However, the ‘No Surprises Act’ wants providers to make total fees clear. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill for $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill. It is also highly recommended that you keep a copy of your GFE for your records. For questions or more information about your right to a GFE, call 1-800-985-3059 or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
